肾细胞癌亚型的CT诊断价值 被引量：6

The value of CT scans in the diagnosis of subtypes of renal cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨肾癌亚型的CT特征及诊断价值。方法:收集术后病理证实的肾癌68例。所有病例均行CT平扫和三期增强扫描。结果:行肾皮质期扫描,在增强的程度上,透明细胞癌比乳头状肾癌和嫌色细胞癌强化明显(P<0.05)。在强化方式上,不均匀性强化及周边强化多见于透明细胞癌(90%)和乳头状肾细胞癌(92%),而均匀性强化多见于嫌色细胞癌(71%);透明细胞癌出现钙化的频率(12%)明显低于乳头状肾细胞癌(25%)和嫌色细胞癌(43%)(P<0.05)。透明细胞癌和乳头状肾细胞癌较嫌色细胞癌更容易肾周、静脉侵犯。结论:在鉴别肾癌亚型中,肿瘤的强化程度是最有价值的参数,而强化方式、钙化的有无及肿瘤的扩散方式起补充作用。
