摘要 胶质母细胞瘤、神经母细胞瘤是神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。研究表明,大蒜烯丙基硫化物对神经系统肿瘤具有明显的增殖抑制作用,其机制与阻滞细胞周期、诱导凋亡及相关基因表达有关,并涉及多种信号途径。大蒜烯丙基硫化物可能成为化学预防和(或)化学治疗胶质母细胞瘤、神经母细胞瘤等神经系统肿瘤的有效、低毒的肿瘤抑制剂。 Glioblastoma and neuroblastoma are common malignant tumors in nervous system.Garlic allyl sulfide has significant inhibiting effects on nervous system tumors,and the mechanisms may be concerned with its activities of blocking cell cycle,inducing cell apoptosis and expression of related genes through various signal pathways.It may be an effective tumor inhibitor with low toxicity for chemoprevention and/or chemotherapy in nervous system tumors.
