摘要
研究了笔筒树(Sphaeropteris lepifera)的孢子繁殖及幼苗的复壮。结果表明:光照强度60~80μmol·m-2·s-1,温度25℃,pH6.7为配子体发育较适宜的条件;从孢子体形成开始,幼苗经7个月的复壮生长,叶面高达50cm,成活率95%以上。
Young sporophytes of Sphaeropteris lepifera were reproduced from spores,and which were rejuvenated artificially.The results indicated that light intensity between 60-80 μmol · m-2 · s-1,temperature at 25 ℃,pH 6.7 were better conditions for gametophyte development of S.lepifera.From the first sporophyte formed,the sporophytes were rejuvenated for seven months,when the height between pinna and ground could reach 50 cm,and the survival rate was above 95%.
