颈六水平肌间沟臂神经丛联合锁骨上神经丛阻滞在锁骨骨折内固定手术的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨颈六水平肌间沟臂神经丛联合锁骨上神经丛阻滞用于锁骨骨折内固定手术的可行性。方法:锁骨骨折内固定手术患者186例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,采用颈六水平肌间沟臂神经丛联合锁骨上神经丛阻滞麻醉,观察其麻醉效果和不良反应。结果:186例患者麻醉效果均满意,顺利完成手术,术中及术后24h访视无明显不良反应。结论:颈六水平肌间沟臂神经丛联合锁骨上神经丛阻滞麻醉用于锁骨骨折内固定手术,麻醉操作简单、效果满意,无明显不良反应。
