摘要
信息技术在飞速发展，计算机信息系统集成项目也变得越来越复杂，规模变得越来越庞大，传统管理的落后，不适应系统集成项目发展的需要，科学规范的项目管理在系统集成行业变得愈加需要，当务之急是要引入项目管理成为系统集成公司。本文结合实例介绍了系统集成项目中常见问题及总结的重要性。
