摘要
研制了以水玻璃粘结剂、混合锆英粉等为主要组分的高强度转移涂料配方,提出了在水玻璃砂和转移涂层之间填充粗的过渡型砂,提高界面附着力和不同体系型砂之间的咬合程度的新技术方法,解决了水玻璃砂转移涂料的关键问题。
The optimum composition with high strength of the transferred coating is presented,with the sodium silicate and the composite zircon powder,and the transition mold between the sodium silicate sand and transferred coat is presented.The new technical method is presented to advance the interfacial adhesive force and the occlusive extent of different sand system.The key question of the transferred coating of sodium silicate sand is solved.
