摘要 介绍了粤电平海电厂超超临界1000MW汽轮机过载补汽技术。采用过载补汽技术,在额定工况以下补汽阀未开启时机组经济性有很大提高,并具备调频能力。在额定工况以上,补汽阀开启时,因节流机组经济性下降。补汽阀是一项提高机组调频灵活性、提高效率和可靠性的成熟技术。 The technology of additionally supplying steam at overload to ultra supercritieal 1000 MW steam turbine in PingHai Power Plant has been correspondingly presented. Adopting said technology , the economic behavior of said unit has been greatly enhanced in case without opening the supplementary steam valve below rated operating condition , and having capability of regulating frequency ;but the economic behavior of said unit is decreased due to throttle at the time of opening the supplementary steam valve after rated operating condition. The overload valve is proven design concept with highly efficiency and reliability to improve frequency modulation flexibility of the turbine unit.
