摘要
目的:探讨老年人眩晕病因与临床特征。方法:回顾性分析98例老年眩晕患者的临床资料。结果:98例眩晕病例中脑血管疾病54例(55%),其中椎基底动脉供血不足25例(25.5%)。结论:脑血管病是引起老年眩晕症的主要病因,其中最主要病因是椎-基底动脉供血不足。
Objective： To analyze the cause and clinical features on vertigo in the elderly. Methods： The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with vertigo were analyzed retro- spectively. Result： In the 98 case , it was very common of cerebrovascular disease （55%）, extraordinarily ver - tebrobasilar arterial insufficiency （25.5 % ）. Conclusion ： Cerebrovascular disease is the most common reason of vertigo in elderly patients.
