摘要
目的评价SPECT骨显像技术观察下颌移植骨成活的价值。方法分别于1、2、4和8周,对30例骨移植病人行99Tcm亚甲基二膦酸盐骨显像及半定量动态观察。结果30例移植骨均成活;27例放射性摄取第1周增加,第2周最高,以后逐渐减少至正常;2例放射性摄取2周前减少,第4周增加,第8周正常;1例放射性摄取第1周减少,第2周增加,以后逐渐减少至正常。
Objective To study the value of 99 Tc m MDP bone scanning in monitoring the survival of mandibular bone grafts.Methods 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after the transplantation of mandible, the bone grafts of 30 patients were dynamically studied by the 99 [KG*6/9]Tc m MDP SPECT and semi quantitative analysis.Results The survival of mandibular bone grafts were seen in all of the 30 cases.There were three patterns: ①In 27 cases, the radioactivity of the bone grafts increased in the first week, and reached the highest in the second week, then dropped gradually back to normal; ②In 2 cases, the radioactivity decreased in the first two weeks, and then increased by the 4th week, back to normal at the 8th week. ③In 1 case, decreased in the first week, increased in the second week, then gradually back to normal. Conclusions Radionuclide bone imaging was the chief method for early assessment of the survival of mandibular bone grafts.
