摘要
华中科技大学教育科学研究院从理论、实践、政策等层面进行分析和探索,推进我国民办高等教育的繁荣和发展。我们呼吁和主张,积极发展民办高等教育,满足高等教育的各类需求;创新体制机制,建设高水平民办大学;优化资源配置,提高民办高校办学的综合效益和竞争力;利用名校办民校,完善民办高等教育体系;比较、研究国外私立高等教育,借鉴经验,揭示规律。
To promote the prosperity and development of private higher education, the scholars from School of Education in Huazhong University of Science and Technology analyzed and explored private higher education from the perspectives of theory, practice and pol- icy. They advocated as follows： to develop private higher education actively in order to satisfy the demands of higher education; to construct the top private universities by innovating the system and mechanism; to optimize the allocation of resources to improve the overall efficiency and Competitiveness of the private higher education; to perfect private higher education system taking advantage of the famous public universities; to study private higher education abroad to learn their experience and reveal the law.
