成人肾母细胞瘤一例报告并文献复习
摘要
1临床资料患者男性，21岁，因“右腰部疼痛不适10余天，加重4天”于2009年9月8日人院。患者持续性右腰部胀痛10余天，伴腹胀，无尿频尿痛、肉眼血尿，伴发热，体温最高达38．7℃。入院查体：右肾区叩痛（＋）。血常规：白细胞10．9×10 9／L，红细胞4．07×10 12／L，血红蛋白111g／L，血沉92mm／h。
