摘要
高频开关损耗过大会影响系统效率,双频变换理论中用附加的低频单元对高频单元分流以降低损耗。文中从设计理念、参数优化等角度阐述了双频变换器的推演和应用设计,并介绍其控制技术及模式选择,最后通过分析双频变换理论的优缺点总结其发展限制因素、改进方案,并对其研究发展进行了展望。
Lost on HF switch decreases system efficiency, while the lost could be reduced in double-frequency theory that additional LF unit shunts current of HF unit. The paper expatiates deduction and application design of double-frequency converter by explaining its design principium and parameter optimization, and presents controlling technology as well as mood selection. Then the paper makes conclusion about its limit factors and corresponding improvement schemes from analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, prospect its research directions and development.
