微段法分析空间弯曲钢束的摩阻损失 被引量:4

摘要 受钢束竖弯、平弯及线路中线弯曲的影响,PC梁桥纵向钢束通常具有空间弯曲的复杂形状,造成钢束摩阻损失计算困难。工程中通常只考虑钢束竖弯造成的摩阻损失以简化计算,这样可能会造成摩阻损失计算时存在误差。微段法根据微分原理将钢束划分成若干微段,在微段内将空间弯曲简化为平面弯曲,并采用设计规范中的方法分析计算,根据积分原理获得钢束摩阻损失。通过算例分析,结果表明,微段法可以更准确地模拟钢束空间弯曲形状,是一种合理可行的计算方法。 Influenced by the vertical curving,horizontal curving of prestressing tendons and the curving of center line of bridge alignment,the longitudinal tendons of prestressed concrete girder bridge usually have complicated profile of spatial curving,which makes it difficult to calculate the frictional resistance loss of the tendons.In the construction practice,the frictional resistance loss caused by the vertical curving of the tendons is often considered only for the sake of simplifying calculation,however,this may result in errors of the calculation.By the micro-section method,the tendons are divided into several micro sections according to the principle of the differential.Within a micro section,the spatial curving is simplified into the horizontal curving,is analyzed and calculated by the methods provided in the current design codes and the frictional resistance loss of the tendons are then obtained according to the principle of the integral.The analysis of numerical examples show that the micro-section method can simulate more accurately the spatial curving profile of the tendons and is a rational and feasible calculation method.
