摘要
文章依托档案法修改的实践,分析了档案法修改过程中需要处理好的几个关系,并以此为基础,提出了档案法修改的对策建议。文章还回答了档案工作者普遍关心的一些问题。
Based on the practice of the amendment of Archives Law, the paper first analyzes relationships that should be dealt with in the process of the amendment of Archives Law, and taking this as a foundation, it then proposes some constructive suggestions to the amendment of Archives Law. At last, it replies some questions that are commonly concerned by the archivists.
