摘要
温岭市建立了医疗纠纷第三方调解机制,引入人民调解和保险理赔机制,运用第三方介入的方式来处理医疗纠纷。本文介绍了运行一年来该机制显示出的优势,同时也分析了目前存在的一些问题,提出了相应的解决途径、措施及建议。
Wenling City has established a third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes and introduced people＇s mediation mechanisms and the third party insurance claims intervention approach to dealing with medical disputes.In the paper,it is not only to introduce this mechanism features and advantages after it was run over one year,but also to analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding solutions,measures and suggestions.
