摘要
中英合作COZEE项目选择泉州市为试点开展综合环境管理计划,在大气环境规划的制定中,首次采用英国咨询专家推荐的ISCL(S)Ⅰ软件,并取得了良好的计算效果,合理地制定出泉州市规划区大气污染物分配、控制方案。该文分析了ISCL(S)T软件的功能特点,并通过实例分析、验证ISCL(S)的先进性、实用性,探讨其在环境规划中的运用方法。这对ISCL(S)
COZEE (cooperation project between UK and China )selected Quanzhou as a trial city to carry out the Integrated Environmental Management Plan,first adopted the ISCL(S)T soltware recommended by UK consultants in air environ mental planning ,scheme of total quantity control and assignment of pollutants were completed reasonably. The paper introduces the mam characteristics of ISCL(S) T software . Resting on the case study, illustrates its advancement and practicality. which would be as nice references for us propagation in environmental science research
