成功切除压迫延髓的巨大神经鞘瘤一例报道

One case report of successful removal of giant schwannoma compressing medulla oblongata

摘要 压迫延髓的巨大神经鞘瘤临床少见,手术操作难度极大。文章报道1例压迫延髓的巨大神经鞘瘤病例,患者于全身麻醉下成功行脑干区域肿瘤切除术,术后恢复良好。 Giant schwannoma compressing medulla oblongata is rare.There is a great risk of removal of the tumor.This paper reported a case of giant schwannoma compressing medulla oblongata.Under general anaesthesia,the patient underwent successful tumor resection in brainstem area.The patient experienced favorable recovery.
