摘要
菲律宾华商上市企业是菲华商企业的主体。对近年菲华商上市企业的统计数据分析显示,目前菲律宾华商企业呈现出资本社会化程度提高、风险控制力增强等特点。在未来东亚经济一体化进程中,其也将发挥重要作用。
The main part of overseas Chinese enterprises in Philippines is the marketing enterprises.By the counting and analysis of the marketing enterprises,the article hold that the overseas Chinese enterprises In Philippines have improved their degree of capital socialization and ability of risk control,and will take an important role in the integration of East Asia economy.
