农业纤维物料对9SiCr钢磨损性能的影响 被引量:12

Friction and wear behavior of 9SiCr steel by agricultural fibrous materials

摘要 在磨料磨损试验机上,以农业纤维物料为磨料对不同热处理工艺下的9SiCr钢试样进行磨料磨损试验,通过测定硬度和冲击韧度观察显微组织和磨损表面的形貌,分析了农业纤维物料对9SiCr钢的磨损行为的影响。结果表明,软磨料磨损中伴有硬磨料磨损的特征;9SiCr钢的磨料磨损以显微切削机制为主导,疲劳磨损机制引起的剥落现象并不明显;在软磨料磨损中,足够高的材料硬度是9SiCr钢能够有效抵抗磨料磨损的首要前提,但硬度与耐磨性并不呈函数关系,当硬度升到适当高度时,提高韧度达到硬度和韧度的合理配合可以提高耐磨性。 On a grinding abrasion testing machine,the wear process of 9SiCr treated under different heat treatment conditions was tested by using agricultural fiber material.Hardness and toughness of the steel treated by different processes were examined.Microstructure and morphology of the worn surface of the steel were studied by SEM.The resulfs show that"soft abrasive wear"was accompanied by"hard abrasive wear"characteristics,micro-cutting is the main abrasion mechanism for 9SiCr steel,fatigue wear mechanism caused by peeling off phenomenon is not obvious.In the soft abrasive wear,the material hardness is the most important prerequisite to resist wear,but it is not a line function between hardness and wear resistance.The abrasion resistance of steel increased when its hardness increased to a proper value for a suitable combination of hardness and toughness.
