T_3期胃下部癌D2术式选择性自主神经保留可行性探讨 被引量：2

The Feasibility of Selective Autonomic Nerve Preservation in D2 Dissection of Distal Gastric Cancer with T3 Stage

摘要 回顾性分析邢台市人民医院肿瘤外科2007年6月至2009年9月间行胃中下部癌根治术(D2术式)的临床病例资料,探讨T3期胃中下部癌胃周及非胃周淋巴结转移规律及与自主神经保留术的关系。结果显示,T3期胃下部癌总淋巴结转移率为81.25%,胃周淋巴结转移率为78.50%,非胃周淋巴结转移率34.30%;1、2型淋巴结内转移灶绝大多数未浸及淋巴结被膜。因此认为对于T3期胃下部癌,1、2型淋巴结行常规清扫可达到根治性切除,是保留自主神经手术的适应证。
