摘要
目的观察柔肝消饮对肝硬化大鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)含量以及肝脏Leptin mRNA表达的影响。方法采用复合因素造模法复制肝硬化大鼠模型,实验分组为正常组、模型组、阳性药(复方鳖甲软肝片)对照组和柔肝消饮高、低剂量组。观察柔肝消饮对肝硬化大鼠肝组织病理形态学、血清Leptin含量以及肝脏Leptin mRNA表达的影响。结果模型组大鼠出现肝小叶损害,纤维组织增生,假小叶形成;血清Leptin含量显著增加,肝脏Leptin mRNA表达明显增强。各治疗组肝脏病理损害较轻,血清Leptin含量明显降低、肝脏Leptin mRNA表达明显减少。结论柔肝消饮可显著抑制肝硬化大鼠血清Leptin水平升高和肝脏LeptinmRNA的表达,可能是其抗肝硬化的作用机制之一。
Objective：To observe the effect of Rouganxiaozheng Decoction on the content of Leptin in serum and expression of Leptin mRNA in liver tissue of hepatic cirrhotic rats.Methods： The model of hepatic cirrhosis made by composite factor were devided into five groups including the normal group,the model group,the control group（Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablet） and the high dose and low dose Rouganxiaozheng Decociton group.The effect of Rouganxiaozheng Decociton on hepatic tissue pathological histology,the content of Leptin in serum and the expression of Leptin mRNA in liver tissue were observed.Results： Compared with the normal group,the normal hepatic lobules in model group were disappeared and fibroplasias formed nodus and false folial;The content of Leptin in serum and the expression of Leptin mRNA in liver tissue were increased obviously.Compared with model group,the pathological histology of each treatment group were improved,the Leptin in serum and the expression of Leptin mRNA in liver tissue were decreased apparently.Conclusion： It could be the one of the mechanism of resistance hepatic cirrhosis that Rouganxiaozheng Decoction could obviously decrease the Leptin in serum and the expression of Leptin mRNA in liver tissue of cirrhosis rats.
