摘要
基于ABAQUS对受内压碟形封头压力容器进行弹塑性屈曲行为分析,通过非对称网格剖分技术诱发结构的屈曲行为,采用Riks算法捕捉完整的屈曲及后屈曲路径,分析屈曲载荷和屈曲形态。计算结果表明,在内压作用下薄壁压力容器过渡区域出现波状的分叉屈曲形态,随着加载过程的继续,过渡段将逐渐生成肉眼可视的褶皱。同时研究表明,屈曲载荷与屈曲形态对几何参数及物理参数都比较敏感。
The elastic-plastic bucking behavior of the pressure vessels with dished heads under internal pres-sure was carried out based on ABAQUS.The buckling load and the buckling form were analyzed by usingasymmetric mesh technology to induce the buckling behavior of the vessels and by using risks method to capture complete buckling and post-buckling paths.The calculation result shows that the wavelike forked buckling form appeared in the intermediate zone of the thin-walled pressure vessels under internal pressure,the visible buckles were gradually generated in the intermediate zone with the continuation of loading process.The research also shows that the buckling load and buckling form were comparatively sensitive to geometric and physics parameters.
