摘要
阿莱克辛挤压锭公司生产6×××铝合金圆锭,用的原料80%为废铝。熔炼炉内装有双床Ⅱ型再生式超低NOx燃烧嘴,产生的NOx很少,烟气余热最大限度被回收利用,排放的烟气100%被吸入过滤净化系统处理后才排入大气。熔体不在炉内使用熔剂和氯气精炼,而在铸造时先流入自动化的SNIF SHEER-180UIT系统,借助喷嘴高速旋转和喷入氩气除气,然后流经过滤器过滤。生产的圆锭冶金质量优异,生产过程全盘自动化。
Alexin Extruded Billet Company produce 6×××series aluminum alloy billet,80% of raw material of the melt is scrap.Smelting furnace is equipped with a twin bed Ⅱultra-low NOx regenerating burner,producing less NOx,the residual heat of the fume is recycled by limit value,and the 100% of fume is absorbed by the filtering system and purifying,after that discharged to air.The melt is not refined by flux and chlorine in furnace,instead the melt flows into automated SNIF SHEER-180UIT at high speed rotating of argon nozzle,the argon is injected into the melt to degas,at last the melt flow into filter.The metallic quality of the billet is excellent.The whole production is automated.
