摘要
在大型汽轮发电机组的基础设计和选型中,弹簧基础已逐渐成为一种发展趋势。文中在传统刚性基础的轴承载荷分析基础上,以田湾核电站1060MW机组为例,对配用弹簧基础的汽轮发电机组轴承载荷及其灵敏度进行分析,揭示了利用弹簧基础对轴承载荷进行调整的效果及特点,以指导机组轴系动力特性的优化。
Spring foundation has become a development trend of in the foundation designing and sizing of large turbo- generator unit. On the base of the Iraditional analysis of bearing load with rigid foundation, the bearing luad and sensitivity of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant's 1060MW turbo-generator unit considering spring frundation were analyzed, and it studied the effect and character of bearing load adjustment by increasing or decreasing shims for spring foundation.
