摘要
通过研究辅导员综合素质构成、评价的特征和评价方法,在分析现有辅导员综合素质评价体系优缺点的基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判建立评价指标和设计合理的指标权重,制定一套较为合理可行的评价指标体系,研究探索出一种比较适合辅导员队伍整体素质考核的方法。
In this paper,a set of reasonable and feasible evaluation index system is developed and a more suitable approach for assessing the overall quality of the school class teacher team is explored by studying the composition of the class teacher's quality and characteristics.The method of evaluation,by analyzing the overall quality of the current class teacher evaluation system based on the advantages and disadvantages,by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,is established.
