摘要
近年来随着社会的发展,高校工会的存在责任和性质又有了新的发展,通过对高校工会维权现状的调查显示,绝大多数高校工会组织都能紧扣学校自身改革和发展的主题开展维权工作,但由于受传统发展观影响,高校工会迄今为止大都尚未能清楚完全的认识自身的特殊地位和作用,导致在高校人员维权过程中还存在着诸多问题反很多困境。
With the social development in recent years, college unions and the nature of responsibility, there has been new development. On the status of college trade union survey shows that most universities can be closely linked to the school＇s own trade union organization and development of themes of reform ac- tivists, but due to the impact of the traditional concept of development, university unions have so far generally not yet fully clear understanding of their special status and role, leading activist in the university staff during the many problems still exist with many difficulties.
