摘要
文章从后发优势角度来分析,安顺民族地区具有区位政策、资源、交通等后发优势,提出了可采取优先进行基础设施建设、培养高素质人才、大力发展生态文化旅游产业、发展具有特色的民族地区经济等措施来加快安顺民族地区经济发展的策略。
