摘要
文章从效率提高、感受分享、资源共享、有效迁移四个方面分析了在高校辅导员工作中引入团体辅导的优势,并阐述了辅导员开展团体辅导的基本过程,包括目标确定、计划制定、过程控制等过程。
The advantage of group counseling in college advisors＇ work was analysed from four aspects： efficiency improvement, feelings sharing, resource sharing, and effective transfer. Then , the basic process of group counseling that college advisors carry out was illustrated, including goal determination, plan development, and process control.
