摘要
选用9个高遗传增益的杉木优良无性系进行组织培养、诱导发芽试验,结果表明:MS培养基适用于杉木组织培养;不同无性系对激素敏感性不同,在同样激素配比的培养基中有效苗梢占有量差异显著,但绝大多数无性系适用于6BA0.6mgL-1+IBA0.3mgL-1左右配比的MS培养基,每一个无性系都有最佳的激素配比,偏离此配比,发芽率、有效苗梢占有率都降低,但下降幅度的快慢因不同无性系而异。
Nine excellent Cunninghamia lanceolata clones with high genetic gains were selectively used to make the tissue culture and induction budding experiment and the results revealed that the MS culture medium was suitable for the tissue culture of C.lanceolata and the MS culture medium with the matching of about 6BA0 6mg·l -1 +1BA0 3mg·l -1 was suitable for most of the clones.
