摘要
通过力学性能测试、金相、扫描电镜观察等方法研究了不同淬火温度下一种淬火+低温回火超高强度钢的组织性能。系统地探讨了未溶相与淬火温度的关系。结果表明:此钢采用低于950℃的淬火温度,组织中存在大量未溶碳化物;当温度高于1010℃时,未溶碳化物基本溶解,马氏体板条束明显粗化,对钢的力学性能有害,适宜的淬火温度为1010℃。
Investigation on microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type ultrahigh strength steel by mechanical test,OM,SEM;And discussion on relation of undissolved-carbides and quenched temperature in detail.The result is indicated that there are lots of undissolved-carbides below 950℃.Increasing austenitizing temperature to 1 010℃,undissolved-carbides is significantly decreased and lath martensite packets size is increased which reduced mechanical properties significantly.The right austenitizing temperature is 1 010℃.
