摘要
城市高压燃气管网已逐步成为解决各级城市燃气市场供需矛盾的主要手段,它可以由1个长输管道气源站或1个LNG气源站供气,也可以由多个气源同时供气。对于多气源管网,可首先通过管径优选确定最优管网设计方案,其次考虑单气源或多气源的调峰运行方案。某城市规划建设运行压力低于6.4MPa的高压城市燃气管网,具有1个长输管道气源站和1个LNG气源站,3座调峰电厂和3座城市用户用气门站,利用SPS仿真模拟软件,分析了管网在规定运行压力下的合理管径,以及气源站和其中某电厂用户的压力和流量要求。
Urban high-pressure gas pipeline network,both gas supplied from a gas source station in long-distance pipeline or from a LNG gas source station and from multiple sources at the same time,has gradually become the main means to resolve the imbalance between supply and demand of the urban gas market,For multiple gas source pipeline network,firstly,the optimal design scheme for pipeline network can be determined by optimizing pipe diameter:secondly,peak shaving scheme with single or more gas source should be considered,Some urban gas pipeline network which is operated below 6,4 MPa,with a gas source station of long-distance gas pipeline,a LNG gas source station,3 peak shaving power plants and 3 city gate stations,will be proposed,Rational pipe diameter for the gas pipeline network that is suitable to use at specified running pressure,requirements in pressure flow rate(or gas source station and a power plant are analyzed by adopting SPS simulation software.
