摘要
在对建立畜产品质量安全例行监测制度重大意义分析的基础上,回顾了我国畜产品质量安全例行监测制度建立的过程及该制度在畜产品质量安全监管中发挥的重要作用,并认为科研基础薄弱、检测标准不完善及缺乏例行监测长效工作机制是目前存在的主要问题,进而提出相关对策建议,为完善我国畜产品质量安全例行监测制度提供参考。
The important significance of establishing the routine monitoring system of animal products quality safety in China was analyzed in this paper. The development of the system and its important role in monitoring animal products quality safety were reviewed. Finally, the problem of the system was pointed out and the advice was proposed.
