摘要
目的 探讨参仙升脉口服液对病态窦房结综合征治疗效果. 方法 将符合入选条件的56例病态窦房结综合征患者完全随机分为2组,治疗组36例,对照组20例,治疗组在原发病治疗基础上给予参仙升脉口服液每次20 ml,2次/d口服,治疗4周,并进行动态心电图和阿托品试验检查分析;对照组只进行原发病治疗. 结果 参仙升脉口服液可明显提高病态窦房结综合征患者的平均心率15次/min以上,总心率从（61 903±3112）次/24 h提高到（84 327±2765）次/24 h,最慢心率从（36.9±4.3）次/min提高到（51.3±3.9）次/min,总有效率达94.4%,阿托品试验阴转7例,对照组变化不显著. 结论 参仙升脉口服液是较好的治疗病态窦房结综合征的药物.
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Shenxian shengmai oral liquid on patients with sick sinus syndrome. Methods Totally 56 patients of sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The group of treatment was made up of 36 patients who took orally with Shenxian shengmai oral liquid twice a day for 4 weeks.Holter and atropine test were analyzed before and after the treatment.By contrast,the rest of patients were just treated with the original diseases. Results Shenxian shengmai oral liquid can significantly increase the heart rate in patients with sick sinus syndrome 15 times per minute or more,Total heart rate increases to（84327 ± 2765）times per minute from（61903 ± 3112）,while the slowest heart rate increases to（51.3 ± 3.9）times per minute from（36.9 ±4.3）.In addition,the total rate is 94.4%.Seven of 36 patients who receive the atropine test turn negative,while the control group doesn＇t change a lot.The results prove that Shenxian shengmai oral liquid can significantly improve the sinus node function. Conclusion Shenxian shengmai oral liquid is an effective medicine for sick sinus syndrome.
