硝苯地平控释片联合美托洛尔治疗高血压并心力衰竭的临床分析被引量：3

摘要目的评价硝苯地平控释片联合美托洛尔治疗高血压并心力衰竭的疗效。方法高血压并心力衰竭患者81例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,疗程1年,观察心功能、血压改变情况。结果 2组实验数据差异显著,表现出硝苯地平控释片联合美托尔能增加LVEF,缩短LVEDD、LVESD,增加6min步行距离。结论硝苯地平控释片联合美托洛尔治疗高血压并心力衰竭疗效确切。
