摘要
用CIRAS-2便携式光合测定系统,以2年生红楠为试材,研究了红楠苗期的光合特性.结果表明,苗期红楠叶片光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线型,最高峰出现在10:00左右,峰值持续时间相对较长,不存在光合午休现象;光补偿点(LCP)为41μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点(LSP)为1 200μmol.m-2.s-1,表观量子效率(AQY)为0.041 8μmol.mol-1,表明红楠应属于阳性树种.
The photosynthetic characteristics of 2-year old seedling of Machilus thunbergii were studied using CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that the diurnal net photosynthetic rate of M.thunbergii in sunny day varied with unimodal curve.The peak occurred at 10:00 a.m.and lasted a long time.There was no midday depression.The light saturation point(LSP) and light compensation point(LCP) of leaves were 1200 and 41μmol·m-2·s-1 respectively,and the apparent quantum yield(AQY) was 0.0418μmol·mol-1,showing heliophilous species' characteristics.
