摘要
由于在节流装置设计选型中,委托制造厂进行计算,最终的准确性设计人员无法核对,可能造成选型不当和现场测量的不准确。现提出一种标准节流装置的设计方法,并利用Visual Basic 6.0开发出标准节流装置设计计算软件。实际应用证明该方法计算准确,简单可行,提高了设计质量,缩短了采购的周期。
Manufacturers are usually commissioned for calculation in type selection of throttle devices.However, whether the results are accurate or not can not be verified by designers, which may directly lead to select inappropriate model and the inaccurate site measurement. A design method of standa rdthrottling devices is presented, and in accordance with this method the calculation software for standard throttling device design using Visual Basic 6.0 is developed. The practical application has proved that the method is accurate, simple and feasible, which could help to improve the design quality and shorten the procurement cycle.
