摘要
我国历经30多年的改革开放,已进入发展的关键时期,经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化。这种空前的社会变革,给我国发展进步带来了巨大活力,也带来许多意想不到的矛盾和问题。一些事业单位采用企业化管理,而其中离退休党员的教育工作成为一门新的课题。文章对此提出见解。
Since reform and opening-up program has been carried out for more than 30 years in China,it has entered an important period,when economics system has been deeply reformed,social structure and ideological mindset have been deeply changed.This unprecedented social transformation has injected enormous energy into China's development,while it also brought in a number of unexpected imbalance and problems.Some government-sponsored institutions have adopted corporate management ways.In this case,the education work on retired Party members has become a new question for study.In this regard,the article puts forward its own ideas.
