摘要
目的探讨应用股骨远端锁定钢板治疗股骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年5月至2009年10月我院收治的129例股骨远端C型骨折患者,骨折复位后采用股骨远端锁定钢板进行固定,对手术时间、术后骨折X线、骨折愈合情况等指标进行评价,膝关节功能评价采用Lysholm评分系统。结果本组129例患者,121例患者获得随访,随访时间6～36个月,平均12个月;手术时间60～180 min,平均95 min。术后X线评价:骨折对位对线良好,骨折愈合时间3～8个月。Lysholm评分:优70例(大于85分),良37例(大于75分),可16例(大于60分),差6例(小于60分),优良率83%。结论股骨远端锁定钢板能有效的桥接支撑并固定即使仅有单侧皮质完好的髁部严重粉碎骨折,通过稳妥固定减少骨折不愈合与畸形愈合,从而促进膝关节功能的恢复,改善预后。
Objective To evaluate the use of Locking Plate on C style of femoral distal comminuted fracture.Methods 129 cases of C style of distal femoral fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by Locking Plate.All the cases were kept in touch with for more than one year after operation.Fracture union time,movement of knee joint,disformation and walkgait were analysised.Results The excellent rate are 54%(70/129),good 29%(37/129) and fair 12%.Conclusion With high union rate and standly fixation,locking plate can use on C style of femoral distal comminuted fracture.
