应用知识生产与基础知识生产的特征性差异——基于中国省际的面板数据分析 被引量:3

Research on the Characteristic Differences between Application Knowledge and Foundational Knowledge Productivity——Based on Provincial Panel Data Analysis

摘要 运用Eviews6.0软件,基于2003~2007年中国29个省市的面板数据,对应用知识生产与基础知识生产进行实证分析,结果表明两者存在特征性差异。应用知识生产具有较高的产出弹性,基础知识生产的产出弹性则较低;各省市应用知识的生产能力与经济发展水平没有必然的联系,而基础知识的生产能力与经济发展水平具有一定的相关性。政府要针对应用知识生产与基础知识生产的特征,分别采取适当的措施,建设和形成基础知识生产与应用知识生产相互促进的强大的自主创新体系,推动中国经济的可持续发展。 This paper makes an empirical analysis between application knowledge productivity and foundational knowledge productivity by using Eviews6.0 and panel data of 29 provinces from 2003 to 2007.We find that there are characteristic differences between them.Application knowledge elasticity of productivity is much higher than that of foundational knowledge.There is no nexus between the productivity of application knowledge and the level of economic growth.On the contrary,the productivity of foundational knowledge has certain relativity with the level of economic growth.So the government must aim at the two characteristic differences and take some actions to build and form the system of independent innovation.Just in this way can the economy of China be developed sustainably.
