摘要
在分析青岛建设制造业基地的背景、优势的基础上,明确了青岛制造业基地的内涵和地位,进而指出青岛在建设制造业基地的过程中应处理好八大关系,实际上也是对青岛制造业基地内涵的进一步阐释.制造业中心与制造业基地是不同的概念.先壮大规模,成为中国制造业基地的重要组成部分是青岛城市发展过程中的必由之路,而向着制造业中心转变应作为青岛的不懈追求.
On the basis of the analysis of the background and advantages of building the manufacturing base in Qingdao,the article points out that the eight contradictories in building the manufacturing base in Qingdao should be properly dealt with,which actually explains the connotation of the manufacturing base in Qingdao.The manufacturing center is different from the manufacturing base.First,Qingdao should turn into an important part of the manufacturing base of China,and then transform itself into a manufacturing center gradually.
