摘要
中国物流企业大部分是由传统储运企业转型而来,以"劳动密集型"为基本特征的物流企业缺乏核心竞争力,随着劳动力成本的不断提高,中国出现"刘易斯拐点"的特征越来越明显,物流企业只有依靠技术进步和培育技能型工人冲破劳动力短缺的束缚,抓住物流企业转型升级的机遇,在日益激烈的市场竞争中方能占据一席之地。文中旨在分析中国"刘易斯拐点"到来的背景下,物流企业由"劳动密集型"向"智能密集型"和"技能密集型"转型升级的发展趋势,并对这一转型过程提出保障措施。
Most of China's logistics enterprises transform from the traditional enterprises of storage and transportation,as the basic characteristics of "intensive",logistics enterprises lack core competencies,along with rising labor costs in China,the feature of " Lewis turning point" is increasingly clear,only relying on technological progress and training skilled workers can break the shackles of labor shortages,adapt and seize opportunities to upgrade the logistics enterprise,take up in the market of increasingly fierce competition.This paper analyzes in the background of "Lewis turning Point" in China,the trend of transformation and upgrade of the logistics enterprises from the "labor-intensive" to "intelligence-intensive" and "skills-intensive," and the proposed safeguards in the transformation.
