摘要
文章分析了甘肃省企业外源融资的现状,认为甘肃企业融资中存在融资总量较少、融资结构不合理、利用外资规模偏小的问题;然后探讨了甘肃企业的融资环境,认为甘肃省银行业发展和资本市场发展的滞后制约了企业融资;最后在此基础上提出了甘肃企业的融资策略。
This paper analyzes the external financing source of enterprises in Gansu Province, thinks which exists the following questions： the corporate financing amount is not so big, financing structure is irration- al, the scale of using foreign investment is small. Then the paper explores the corporate financing envi- ronment in Gansu province, considers that the development lags of banking sector and capital market re- strict the corporate finance. Finally, based on the above research, the paper puts forward the financing strategies of enterprises in Gansu province.
