摘要
运用三维弹塑性有限元法对斯太尔转向节热挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,获得了热挤压成形的载荷和行程的关系曲线,应力、应变和温度的分布信息。在设定工艺参数的情况下,通过模拟结果分析比较得出不同工艺对转向节成形的影响,揭示了热挤压成形过程中的金属流动规律。为实际生产所用工艺方案提供了理论依据。
The numerical simulation analysis of hot extrusion forming process of STEYR steering knuckle using three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method was carried out.The relation curves between the load and stroke,the distribution rules of stress,strain and temperature were obtained.Through analyzing and comparing the simulation results,the influence of different processes on knuckle was obtained in setting the major processing parameters,and the rules of metal flowing during the hot extrusion process of knuckle were disclosed.It provides a theoretical basis for the actual production processes.
