摘要
目的探讨儿童Ⅰ型鼻窦炎的超激光治疗。方法 149例儿童I型鼻窦炎患者均采用非手术治疗,随机分为联合超激光治疗组77例和常规治疗对照组72例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组77例中,痊愈45例,占58.44%,显效26例,占33.77%,无效6例,占7.79%,总有效率92.21%;对照组72例中,痊愈30例,占41.67%,显效29例,占40.28%,无效13例,占18.06%,总有效率81.94%。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论非手术治疗联合超激光治疗儿童Ⅰ型鼻窦炎有协同作用。
Objective Discusses the childⅠNasosinusitis＇s ultra laser treatment. Methods 149 example child I nasosinusitis patient uses the non-surgery to treat,divides into stochastically unites the ultra laser treatment group 77 examples and the conventional treatment control group 72 examples,compared with two group of treatment results. Results In the treatment group 77 examples,convalesces 45 examples,accounts for 58.44%,shows results 26 examples,accounts for 33.77%,the invalid 6 examples,account for 7.79%,total effectiveness 92.21%; In the control group 72 examples,convalesces 30 examples,accounts for 41.67%,shows results 29 examples,accounts for 40.28%,the invalid 13 examples,account for 18.06%,total effectiveness 81.94%. Two groups of comparisons,the difference has the significance （P0.05）. Conclusion The non-surgery treats unites the ultra laser to treat the childⅠNasosinusitis has the synergism.
