摘要
移动数据库可以看作是分布式数据库的一种特定形式,是在移动环境下的分布式数据库,与传统分布式数据库相比,同样在物理位置上独立,在逻辑上是一个整体,但它有自己的特点:计算平台的移动性、网络通信的不可靠性、连接的频繁断接性、上行下行信道的非对称性、系统的伸缩性以及终端设备电源和资源的有限性,因此,传统的分布式数据库的管理方法不能完全满足移动数据库。对移动数据库的数据广播进行了探讨,提出了基于数据冷热的广播技术。
Mobile database which can be seen as a particular form of distributed database,is a kind of distributed database in mobile envi-ronment.Compared with traditional distributed database,mobile database is independent in physical location and whole in logic as well as distributed database.But it has its own characteristics： the mobility of computing platform,the unreliability of network communication,the frequent disconnection of the connection,the asymmetry of uplink and downlink channel,the expansion of the system and the limited pow-er and resources of the terminal.Therefore,the management methods of traditional distributed database can not satisfy the management of mobile database.In the paper,we discuss the data broadcast in mobile database,and propose the technology of data broadcast based on cold and hot data.
