摘要
介绍一种近年来新近引进的地基处理方法,即冲击碾压法。介绍了该方法的基本原理、特点及应用前景。并通过某山区填土地基处理实例,介绍用冲击碾压法进行地基处理试验的目的、试验过程、试验中的注意事项等。冲击碾压试验填土层的虚铺厚度是100~150cm。分别在冲压第12、16、20、24、28遍后测量不同的压缩量,并计算相应的压缩量占总的沉降量的比值。通过试验,认为在山区填土地基处理时,填土层厚度为1~1.5m时,冲击碾压20遍后,所产生的压缩量占总沉降量的91.8%,压实度能满足设计要求。通过试验认为,冲击压路机处理山区填土地基的方法是可行的,它具有施工速度快,对填土的要求比普通压路机要求可放宽。在今后的山区填土地基处理中具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper presents a kind of ground improvement method,the impact roller method used in recent years.The basic principle,characteristics and application foreground of the method are introduced.Through an example of mountain area fill improved by impact roller,the pilot test's purpose,procedure,points for attention are also introduced.In the trial of the fill improved by the impact roller,the thickness of original fill is 100 ~ 150 cm.The settlement of compaction is tested after the 12,16,20,24,28 impacts,respectively.And the ratio of the amount of compression to the total compression is calculated.The mountain area fill improved by impact roller,with the thickness of fill 1 to 1.5 m,after 20 impacts,the amount of compression is 91.8% of the total compression,and the degree of compaction can satisfy the design requirement.Through the test,it is shown that the mountain area fill improved by impact roller method is viable.It has the characteristic of quick construction and cost-effective,with vast foreground for its application.
