摘要
生物相容性是人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)作为眼内植入物最受关注的评价指标之一。近年来,随着IOL材料研究的发展,IOL的生物相容性也随之改善。然而,与IOL生物相容性相关的炎症反应、后发性白内障、前囊膜浑浊(anterior capsule opacification,ACO)等白内障术后并发症目前仍较为多见,提示IOL生物相容性仍需进一步的提高。IOL表面改性是改善IOL生物相容性的重要手段,本文系统回顾了IOL表面改性技术的进展,并从葡萄膜相容性和囊膜相容性两个方面分别探讨表面改性处理对IOL术后反应的影响。
Biocompatibility is what makes intraocular lens (IOL),as intraocular implant,one of the most influential evaluation indexes.Recently,biocompatibility of IOL has improved as IOL materials develop.However,complications after cataract surgery like IOL biocompatibility related inflammation reaction,after-cataract and anterior capsule opacification are still relatively common,which suggests IOL biocompatibility should still be further improved.IOL surface modification is an important means of improving the biocompatibility of IOL.This paper systematically reviewed the progress of IOL surface modification technology,and investigated the impact of surface modification on reaction after IOL surgery in two aspects of uveal compatibility and capsular biocompatibility respectively.
