摘要
可循环泡沫钻井液在保护油气层和防漏方面具有常规水基钻井液无法替代的优势,特别适用于低压、低产油气藏。根据表面活性剂理论,选择了阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂的复配物作为可循环泡沫钻井液的起泡剂,通过调节体系的pH值来达到起泡与消泡的循环;实验选择了阴离子表面活性剂AOS与两性离子表面活性剂CS作为可循环泡沫钻井液的起泡剂,加量分别为0.5%、0.7%,该配方下的混合表面活性剂具有可循环次数多的优点,加入0.2%HEC作稳泡剂,能提高泡沫半衰期至210min;评价了3%膨润土+0.5%AOS+0.7%CS+0.2%HEC配方下,钻井液的基本性能,表明其具有一定的耐温、抗污染(盐、钻屑、油)的能力;分析了泡沫钻井液的密度特性,研究了泡沫钻井液在不同压力下的砂粒模拟地层堵漏实验,表明较低的静液柱压力(当量循环密度)和泡沫球体的附加阻力效应是其具有堵漏作用的主要原因。
Based on the Surfactant theory,we chose composite materials of Anionic surfactants and Zwitterionic surfactants as the foam agent of recyclable foam drilling fluid,which can realize the cycle of bubbling and anti-foaming through adjusting the pH value of the drilling fluid.We also choose the stability agent which is compatible with the recyclable foam drilling fluid,and determine the basic formula:3% Bentonite + 0.5% AOS + 0.7% CS + 0.2% HEC;this mud can be used for more than 8 circulations,and has the abilities of temperature resistance and antipollution(anti-calcium,cuttings and oil) ;the leak resistance and loss circulation control of the foam drilling fluid is studied,and the study shows that foam drilling fluid has lower fluid density and effects of additional resistance which can reduce shaft liquid column pressure and protect the oil-gas reservoir.
