摘要
依据传热学中理论燃烧温度的基本原理,结合相关试验结果,确定了SiO2在风口前的还原率(25%)、进入风口区焦炭及半焦的温度(1650℃)和煤的成焦率(70%)等参数,计算了熔融气化炉风口前理论燃烧温度,并讨论了不同参数对理论燃烧温度的影响。
Based on basic principles of calculation of theoretical combustion temperature in heat transfer combined the through experimental results,the parameters such as the reduction rates(25%) of SiO2 before tuyere,the temperature(1650℃) of coke and semi-coke in combustion zone,and the rates(70%) of lump coal to coke were determined.Therefore the theoretical combustion temperature before tuyere of melting gasifier was calculated and the effect of the different parameters on theoretical combustion temperature was discussed.
