摘要
高职"双师"团队建设要大胆借鉴现代企业人力资源开发的科学方法,通过选聘与培训、考核与激励以及职业生涯设计等环节的制度创新,最大限度地激发专业教师的教育教学与行业实践潜能,打造符合实践性、开放性、职业性教学特点的"双师"团队。
we should learn some scientific methods of human resource development on the team building of＂double certificates＂teachers in vocational colleges.We should inspire professional teachers＇ potentialities in teaching and practicing through some system innovations such as selecting and training,assessing and motivating as well as career designing.Only in these ways can we create a practical,open,and professional team of ＂double certificate＂teachers.
